I am not new to body building but have never cut up before.
The diet that has been made for me it basically a very low carb diet with high protein and high fat (good fats)
Does this sound ok?
Also, I have been told if you do this gradually over maybe a 3 month period, I am less likely to loose muscle tissue.
Does this sound correct too?
