        6am - 1 pack oatmeal 50gram whey shake
        9:30 - cottage cheese and pineapple
        12 - 8oz steak some cheese and a few triscuts
        6pm - 50gram whey shake
        8pm - 2 cans tuna and some cheese.

        i need to sneak another small meal between 12 and 6 but i just can't figure otu what to eat in there. Also im trying to cut so cals are a bit low

          oh no!!! i'd much rather see yours fuzo!!! only guy i know that blows up to 250 on water and air!!! lol

          today (typical day)
          5am 25 grams hydro whey
          7am either 50gram monster milk shake or 3whole egs and 3 egg whites (depends on schedual)
          1 cup oatmeal
          1 8oz orange juice or pom juice

          9:30 (right now) 9oz tenderloin (gotta buddy thats a butcher...3 dollars a pound!!! no shyt) 1.5oz of almonds

          12:30 9oz tenderloin 1.5oz almonds

          3:30 (preworkout meal) monster milk/apple

          6:30-7:00 (post workout shake)

          8pm whatever boo makes for dinner

          9pm snack yogurt
          10 casin shake or cottage cheese
          HE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!

            6am-48g shake after my cardio session
            8:30am-chicken biscuit and banana or I'll just eat some almonds
            11:30am-Subway or meat and 3 with lean meat and veggies
            2:30pm- Southbeach bar
            5pm-Pre-workout (usually shake...sometimes dinner if I have time)
            8pm-post workout (usually shake or postal or dinner if I didn't have time before.)

              My lunch yesterday was about a 1000 calories,lol I was hungry and it wasnt bad food

                Well, this is what i'm eating right now until may:

                1 dozen eggs a day
                1 gallon of vit d milk a day
                truprotien whey powder
                meat/chicken/fish/swine
                veggies
                fruit
                fiber supp (psyllium husk)
                about 5 pb&j sandwhiches
                oatmeal
                cottage cheese
                water by the buckets

                it's not as expensive as you may think, it works,and i only count protien grams which makes it easier to gage things. I take 2 lunch boxes to work which everyone can't believe,kinda funny too.
