i got well water, so i buy water. i fill 5gal comtainers and it costs 1.19 a container. we use that to cook or drink or what not....i dont know that i drink 1 gallon everyday, but i drink plenty. also...i mix crystal light and other stuff for my "water"...i cant drink that much plain water

I have well water too. Well water tastes better than city water, I think.

I just keep filling my 20 ounce bottle all day from the tap. I dont buy water

That is what I am thinking. I mean, we get a case for like 4 or 5 bucks, but a gallon a day will start to add up.

I try to drink a lot, and sometimes from the tap, but usually in a bottle. You can buy the large containers of water, bottles by the case, or get a filter system on your faucet. 1 gallon per day is a proper amount imo.

I recently read that if you exercise and take supplements, that you should be taking in a gallon of water a day. For all of you guys that do this, how do you do it? Do you buy bottled water (which is what I do but I can see it getting expensive drinking a gallon a day). Do you guys have one of those big "upside down tank" units at your home? Do you drink it from the faucet? Do you fill a milk jug and drink it? I am just curious about the best way to do it?
