    What is the best creatine?

    I have taken different kinds over the years but I was curious to know which you guys thought were the best? I am currently taking a pill form in which 2 pills are supposed to equal 5g of powder. The last I took was CEE, but I haven't taken it in a while.

    i use a knock off of cell teck it works well and cost very little body fortress at wallymart
