Okay, as some of you may have seen I am starting back to the gym tonight with my goal of losing weight and leaning down. I know that I am going to take it easy and just get my diet worked out. I am going to start my cardio this week as well.
My buddy gave me some Clen and said that once I get my cardio going to where I can do it for a while, that I should take this and it would really help lean me out. I have a few questions after doing some research though:
1) Who has done it and does it work very well?
2) I am currently taking Xendarine and I think that Clen is just a more potent (for lack of better words) form of the same thing?
3) He has this mixed with water and drinks it with something to cover the taste. Has anyone taken it like this before?
4) He said to start at 40mg (I need to verify this , but it was four lines using needle to measure)?
5) I am assuming that if I do this then I should stop the Xenadrine?
6) Also, if I do this then do I need to stop my NO?
