also anyone recommend a supplement for amino acids? Is glutamine neccessary and ZMA to help recovery? Ive read mixed reviews. What supps do u recommend for recovery (other than creatine)?Im gonna get so big I cant dress myself

for me it's just the protien and multi's and glucosamine (i'm o2 and fuzo's age!!!). those are absolute....when i got money i get digestive enzyme and start getting into pre-workout crap and nitro thia and that...but right now i'm too broke, lolHE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!

i use protein, multi and glucosamine everyday. I have used ZMA but didn't notice anything from it. I think i will give it another try though. If you are eating enough of the right foods you should be getting about everything you need. a preworkout supp might be something you would like. I have used super pump 250 and it worked well but they are all pretty spendy so it's up to you.
