Im new to this board but not a rookie by any means. Im 32 6'3 225# and I dont know my BF. I have had two Labrum repairs to my left shoulder and Im finally able to lift like I used to....at least have the drive to. I have ran several passes of gear b4 i turned 30. I wanna get into the best conditioning shape possible b4 I even think of running anything. Can some vets and Mods guide me to what OTC pro-hormones, test boosters, etc to take b4 I start thinking of getting back on the gear. I have a clean diet and get close to 3500 calories a day. I work at a gym and have access to any type of supplement....just dont wanna waste time and money on garbage hype rather than a good products. I appreciate all and any help. Thnx guys!!
