OK... i bought this one EBOOk from this one guy (forgot his name.. i am posting from school so can't get it), but he seemed that he really knew his stuff, he was talking about the protein shake to have the following: Protein, Creatine, Glutamine, Carbs,Flax Oil. I put them all in water which tastes funny because i bought the grape flavored phophagen with chocolate whey protein. now do i absorb all of the supplements? Because i have heard that glutamine and creatine fight for absorbtion, not sure if this is true but.. Thanks, any advice is appreciated.
