  • water, milk or ? in your protein shake

    Ive always used milk in my shake untill about 4 months ago. Then began to have real bad stomach problems think i became lactose intollerant now use 4oz water 4oz chocolate soy milk and a bannana in the blender with chocolate protein now no problems. Any other ways to make a shake just in case i get board with mine.
    PAIN IS WEAKNESS LEAVING THE BODY!

        I use milk. Skim milk. To me it just tastes alot better with milk.

          I usually use just water. But, sometimes I'll throw in some orange juice if the whey is vanilla or strawberry flavor.

            I use milk in the morning for breakfast, Water for the rest.

              im onto the premades now i think they must have some milk in them but there so good
