When you are trying to eat good and also trying to get your 5 meals or so in a day, is it better to skip breakfast or eat something that is not necessarily as healthy as it should be? I know that breakfast kick starts your metabolism, but if your choices are to eat a bacon biscuit or eat nothing...which is better?

Yeah that is true. My problem is sometimes I am running late for work and don't have time to stop or fix something at the house so I am forced to wait until I get to work. At work they don't really have "healthy" foods. They have a cafeteria with biscuits, gravy, potatoes, etc...The granola bars they have are filled with sugars and they just don't really satisfy my hunger anyway...I would have to eat like 5 of those little things. It doesn't happen often but I was just curious what would be the best thing to do when it does.

That is definitely on my grocery list! This has happened to much lately. I am trying to cut things out a little at a time. So far I have cut out cokes. I always drop a descent amount of lbs just from cutting them out."He woke up because I kept punching him in the face." --Thiago Alves
