  • Need a little help guys

    OK i have started dieting because i have really let myself go and as of last sunday weighed 307 and im 6'2". I normally weight about 255-265. Im going to try and get back to atleast 265 would really liek to continue and try to get to about 245 and be real ripped. Anyways i have been on the Polumbo diet and in one week it seems like it is already working(haven't weighed again yet. However it is a very boring diet. Yes i know dieting isn't suppose to be exciting. However it calls for a serving of salmon everyday which i have had to switch out to either chicken for right now or steak once i go shopping again. I am fine with this part. My real question is is that it calls for 2 meals of eggs. One in the morning and one in the evening. I have been scrambling the hell out of some eggs and i really like eggs too. I am just getting very tired of plain eggs. Im wondering how much stuff can i actually add to these eggs before i start to affect the diet. Im thinking some bacon, cheese, sausage, onion, and ham. Maybe if you guys have other opinion ill try those also. Some advice from someone that has gone this route before would be great.

    I would say "hush boy,ya fat bastid" but since you out weigh me by almost 60 pounds i'll keep my mouth shut.If your drinking shakes you can cook the eggs in the microwave for about 15-20 secs and put them in your shakes and swill them down that way. i have also put a lil salsa on my eggs to change it up. Hang in there bro and keep up the good work.

      I WOULD TRY TO ADD VEGGIES AND SPICES TO YOUR EGGS. I LIKE SEASON SALTS AND STEAK SEASONINGS, PEPPERS ONION MUSHROOMS MATTERS AND SO ON, THAT WOULD SHAKE IT UP AND STILL KEEP IT LOW FAT!

          it's water weight, no carbs, starchy ones, or sugars to hold water weight, plus, u are in essence eating clean, ie, no chemicals

          anything not laden with chemicals is fine, bacon a-okay, gonna have sodim though, loaded, cheese got alot of chemicals, although, it's got no carbs so it is fine, all veggies all type

          just think in these terms

          clean, high protein, high fat, NO PROCESSED FOODS, OR STARCHY CARBS

            awesome thanks guys im going to go shopping tomorrow and start cooking on sun so i can have my food for the week. except eggs of course ill cook them as needed.
