1AD cycle

I just bought 2 bottles of 1-AD, i was going to just use one bottle then off for 2 weeks and then use the second bottle then after that start up on the 6-oxo. Sound good?

Why would you go off for two weeks? I would run it strait through.

I would run 400 mgs every day for 4 weeks.I just got done with that cycle. I had to add 4 ad after a week and a half. I would definately get some before I start.

Why get 4-AD?

So you don't lose your sex drive. 1-ad run by itself shuts you down pretty hard. Some compare it to fina.

Some ignorant people might compare it to fina, but in REAL life, the shut down is no where close to fina.

Anyway, 2 bottles wont get you far, 1-ad is expensive as hell, for the mediocre gains you get from it, I suggest getting a straight 1-test product next cycle. But Im with the other guys, start at 400mgs and run it straight until both bottles are gone.

These guys are right .That is why I started it my sex drive was suffering a bit.I think your gains would be alot better also.
