Who sells the highest dose per cap or ALA or R-ALA, preferably R-ALA ?? Thinking of giving it a try.

All r-ala I have saw is 100 mgs. Highest ALA is 500 mgs from myexperiances.

But most state, that when using R-ALA you can get by with about 1/2 the dose of using ALA & get about the same results ?? Is that correct thinking ?
