For Turbo3000!
The omelet(I guess that's the corect spelling?) is really quite simple, I like to cook both sides of the omelet so the difficult part for me is flipping it.
But anyway---
I take 6 egg whites and 2 whole eggs and beat them
I cook it with a light spray of cooking oil in a non-stick pan until the top side is showing signs of thickening and then I flip it. If you prefer you could simply add the stuff at this point but I like the eggs a bit more solid.
Once it's flipped I add 10 slices of thin sliced pepperoni. With the strong flavor I'm sure half of that would be fine but i'm not dieting right now.
Then I add about 1/4 cup of low fat pizza cheese blend. If I can find the fat-free cheese that will be even better. If you can't find a "pizza blend" then you could simply add some cheddar, mozzarella or provolone, whatever really.
Fold the omelet and let it melt together for a bit and it's done.
6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 10 thin slices of pepperoni and cheese blend.
I haven't figured out the total nutrional values but if I can I will add it on this thread.
It's simple a very nice change from bland egg whites and it doesn't add to much fat if the pepperoni is not triple thick!
