  • Help me pick an MRP, narrowed it down.

I've decided to add a couple meal replacement shakes to my diet during the day b/c I dont get breaks at work and my shifts are 11-12 hours at a time. I've been reading all morning about MRPs and have found a few that look promising. My goals are to continue to cut and still retain muscle/ maybe gain some muscle. They all cost about the same so I just want the one thats best for me and my goals. I only picked brands that had a good amount of low GI carbs and high protein since Im busting my ass all day and need carbs/protein for energy.

I would have a good whole food breakfast then a MRP as a snack then have lunch (Chicken/brown rice/greens) then another MRP, maybe some kind of snack, then go home and have 2 more whole meals.

Champion Ultra Met- http://www.dpsnutrition.net/get_item_cn044.htm only 200 cal/24 carb/42 pro/2 fat -dont think this one has enough cals to keep me full throughout the day.
Ast Nytro Pro 40- http://www.dpsnutrition.net/get_item_as012.htm 260 cal/23 carb/40 pro/1 fat -also low cal, concerned with being full.
Betastatin Wpi 2 http://www.dpsnutrition.net/get_item_be001.htm 277 cals/23 carb/42 pro/1.5 fat -has creatine in it but doesnt say how much.
    Labrada Lean Body- http://www.dpsnutrition.net/get_item_lb001.htm 290 cals/24 carb/45 pro/2 fat.
Prolab Lean Mass Matrix- http://www.dpsnutrition.net/get_item_pr167.htm 390 cal/40 carb/40 pro/8 fat. I think Im leaning towards this one. It has a lot of carbs but they're good carbs, good fats, a lot of fiber and plenty of cals to keep me full. Also read a lot of good reviews on it.

If you have any other product suggestions, lets hear them.

I get the Lean and Fit replacer at allthewhey.com. it has hardly no fats and very little sodium, hardly if any cholesterol. You can get dif flavors in the 5lb tubs. Look for sodium, total fats, and sat fats, and corn syrup, or fructose, cholesterol. These are the things to avoid.

OK but it only has 2g carbs per serving. How is that a complete meal? I need good carbs for energy.

Are you planning on using a blender at work or a shaker cup? Reason i ask is some of these need to be blended for a good consistancy. Anyways, if you need the extra carbs you can add some. I think they sell it, or go with the Lean Mass Matrix Oatmeal/Cinnimon , ive tried it, and it not only has good ingrediants, but it tastes damn good.

Thats what i was wondering, lol! I only used a blender when i was taking it. I think you'll be ok. You will like the taste tho, if you like oatmeal and cinnimon that is.
