one after workout. another as part of my last meal. sometimes another serving between whole meals or i grub down protein bars (homemade) usually during the day "on the go" instead of shakes. So 2-3 Sage"im the greatest scienitifically inclined mind since einstein"

per day, i mix:
2/3 cup oatmeal (dry)
3 tbls natural peanut butter (my guess, i just scoop a big load into the bowl)
1-2 tbls raw honey (regular clove honey is fine of course)
40grams any protein powder (my choice, eas simply)
a dash of milk or water to get the mix less crumbly
mix the pb and honey, put in microwave for 1/2 minute or til' the mix liquidfies. then mix in the dry oatmeal and protein powder. drop a littel (2-3 oz) of milk/water (but not too much so that the mix becomes too sticky). let it sit for couple of minutes and make em' into several balls or squares. taste beautiful, dont have to carry around a shaker, good for you !!
