Never thought i would say this, but last bulk I was having trouble getting in all my required cals. I have to eat CLEAN to bulk with out getting to be a blob. The clean food required to eat is almost always more than "junk" food (size portions)
But on to my question:
What is the best weight gainer in your opinion. Preferably something with little to no sugar, complex carbs, high protein, etc that doesn't have maltodextrine, or do they all have that in there?
