Too much cholesterol and sodium for me, lol! I tend to gain bf off the weight gainers, so i stick to just plain whey isolate. It prob tastes good though.

Use a whey isolate and add in your own dextrose/maltodextrin...

I've also ordered from True Protein; just try them out. I bought 2lbs @ 60% carb and 40% prot... Carbs: 5% Fructose, 15% Dextrose, 40% Maltodextrin...I like my drinks SWEET...Prot: 40% WPC. I still haven't determined whats better Whey Isolate Ion Exchange or Whey Isolate Cold Filtered. Does any1 know?

Most of these gainer leave me feeling bloated as a whale, lol! I used the Lean Mass Matrix Cinnimon Oatmeal by Prolabs if i want to put on some more mass. It is more of a MRP, but it has more natural ingrediants in it.
