everything about our lifestyle is expensive. 150 bucks a months on protein is nothing. between food and supps i'm well over 1000 a month

i would gladly pay 150 for something that doesnt make me fart my brains out....this stuff and isopure are the only 2 ive found and im using both....im actually getting ready to order 2 more jugs of muscle milk cuzz the chocolate banana split is so good.

i took muscle milk when i cut, i never had a noticed any weight gain...i took it with skim milk, i also used isopure too
