I just bought 5 2.5 lb jugs. Holy $hit, there is 638 calories for a serving with lowfat milk.....thats friggin crazy to only get 32g's of protein. I am sure it has to have the best taste but this dosent seem like the protein you would take for cutting. Cutting is all I do. how much do you guys use of this during a day? It looks like I will be drinking most of this with water so I dont blow up like a baloon
mj- most of the fats in muscle milk are good fats so they will be helping with staying lean. I do see your concern with cals though- doing it with water will take a few out and still taste really good. What are your daily calorie goals?
the fats are medium chain which is immediately used for energy but it is still fat that your body has to burn off. imo its good for bulking or maybe even maintaining but not for cutting.

I will just watch and make sure I am taking 1 before bed and not 3 serving a day as suggested. I havent started again yet but my calorie goals will be 2500 or less and 300g of proteing per day. Just want to cut up and lose fat. I will be starting in Aug and am preparing now

Muscle milk is the shit if your trying to put on size. Biochemically speaking the stuff is great for your muscles but the calories aren't something everyone wants. If you want to just go for protein intake and cutting, I'd say try Evopro (also made by cyto).
at 3 servings a day in a 2.5lb jug you will empty it in 5 days meaning you will use 6 jugs a month at $25 a jug, thats $150 a month on just muscle milk, lol. Im gonna use it once a day before bed or maybe only before workouts.
