    Does anyone have any articles about mixing clen and ECA stacks?? I'm trying to get to 10% bf. I really think these drugs would help me achieve that. I have clen and ECA on hand. I want my BF to get low enough to where my rib cage shows, thats probably lower then 10%, im assuming its like 7-8%

    I was loooking 4 artilces on how much to use, when and so forth. I saw another person on this board who did clen for a few weeks and then did a ECA stack for a few weeks. Suggestions or articles please. Im 22 years old. been training for 6 years, been bulking for over a year.

    Cardio and diet. What is your current bodyfat? How much cardio are you doing per week? What's your diet look like? What are you're current stats?

      Well, I'm certainly not suggesting this, b/c anything messing with the heart is certainly dangerous, so be carefull. However, most everyone will prob agree with this, so good luck....

      Clen: 2 wk on - 2 wk off - 2 wk on
      You can either ramp up or start midway and then go up....I'd do the following:
      Week 1-2: Day 1,2,3,etc...: 20mcg,40mcg,>>>>Day14 120 (you get the idea?)
      Week 3-4:ECA
      Week 5-6:Same as 1&2, however by now u know how u react, so listen to your body
      Week 7-8:ECA
      Week 9-10:Same as 5-6, keeping in mind your body's reaction's

      *Diet and Cardio MUST be dead on, or else this is all a WASTE....oh ya, and keep in mind that clen is predominantly used successfully by people who are already under 12/11/10 % bodyfat. or else it can be tough to see the results

        Havn't started my diet yet, 14% bf im assuming.

        havnt started cardio yet, thinking 3 times a week 40 minutes, then buping it to 5 times a week 45 minutes

        Im consuming probably 3,500 cals right now, gonna slowy decrease it do probaably 2.700

        22 years old, 6' 2", 210

        Note - I'm all in the process of getting my diet started, trying to do research, last time i dieted i had bad results, i lost my MUSCLE MASS and Strength and fat remained, which in turn means i fucked up on my diet, did it all wrong..cnat let that happen again

          This is what I'm doing and it's working like a charm:

          Clen 2 weeks. Ramped up to 120mcg per day. I can tell my body temperature is up and the fat is coming off nicely.

          ECY GreenTea stack once I'm done with the Clen which will be next week.

          I plan on running this until the middle of June.

          I'm doing cardio 3 times a week in the morning and 3 times a week in the evening. Alternating days are weight training in the morning only.

          Diet is a T-Dawg style diet where carbs are only consumed PWO. Then it's back to protein and fat.

          I've noticed significant results so far. I plan on getting some pictures posted once I get a half decent tan on my ghostly body.

            right on, ill replace ur greentea with an ECA stack i guess, i have never tried an eca stack, hope it doesnt kill me. also the last time i tried Ephedrine it gave me upset stomachs. Anyway to counteract thius problem bro??

              IG- Do you take in any low GI carbs in the am after your run? (ie oatmeal)

              (I'm running clen now and cutting some fat, doing 30 minutes cardio 4-5 days a week, eating only low GI carbs and cutting those off at 6pm.)

                Maybe taking it with food would ease the stomach upsets (if you werent already)

                  After weight training I take a whey protein shake (40gms), dextrose (40gms) and maltodextrin (40gms). Use it for an insulin spike to help tward catabolism and replenish glucose levels. The next meal I'll have will be egg whites, sweet potatoe, and fat free cottage cheese - generally 1 hour after my PWO shake. Thereafter, I'm only eating protein and fats.

                  After cardio, I have a serving of oatmeal, egg whites, cottage cheese. My next meal is sweet potatoe, chicken breast. Then thereafter, I'm only eating protein and fats again.

                  The diet works like a charm. I've been dropping the body fat at a decent clip. I'll try to post pictures once I'm done.

                    It may be the aspirin that's causing your upset stomach. I use an ECY and Green Tea stack.

                    Ephedrine HCL 25mg
                    Caffeine 200mg
                    Yohimbine 500mg
                    Green Tea 500mg

                    Sometimes I substitute Gurarna at 1gm for my caffeine.

                      R u splitting ur cardio up? IE cardio Morning, weight in the evening??

                      second, r u doing this cardio on a empty stomach and if u r what is ur reasoning behind it? thnx

                        I cardio in the morning and in the evening on my weight training days only.

                        So, if I did cardio on Monday morning I would get 50 minutes of cardio. No more for the day. On Tuesday, I would lift in the morning but do cardio in the evening - starting at 30 minutes (then I add 5 minutes each week until I reach a max of 45 minutes).

                        Morning cardio is on an empty stomach. I don't have any carbs from 1200 the previous day. This ensures that once I start my cardio in the morning, I'm burning fat.

                        Additionally, my afternoon cardio is done around 5 p.m. Since I haven't had any carbs since 1200, it helps me burn additional fat and prime my body for fat burning come time for my morning cardio. (i.e. reducing glucose levels in the body thereby forcing the body to utilize and oxidize fat for fuel)

                              Another Q for ya -- so doing cardio in the morn. and weights in the even.. are oyu having a PWO shake after morn cardio AND after even weights?? so 2 shakes a day?
