    No, no, no. I think you may have misunderstood me. I can be as confusing a Mikey at times.. LOL!

    I only lift weights in the mornings. Here's what my current split looks like for a week:

    Monday:
    a.m. Cardio
    Tuesday:
    a.m. weight training, p.m. cardio 30min
    Wednesday:
    a.m. cardio
    Thursday
    a.m. weight training, p.m. cardio 30min
    Friday:
    a.m. cardio
    Saturday:
    a.m. weight training, p.m. cardio 30min
    Sunday:
    a.m. cardio or take the day off depending upon how I feel.

    On cardio only days, after I'm done with cardio, I have a protein shake, cottage cheese, etc... with some slow burning carbs (i.e. oatmeal, sweet potatoe, brown rice, etc...) My second meal after cardio will also be the same type of meal. Once lunch rolls around, I start the protein and EFA only portion of my diet.

    On weight training day, I have my PWO shake.
