I'm going to order a customized bedtime shake. I'm needing a slow-absorbing protein shake and need to know what exactly to get. I was thinking:
20% Whey Protein Isolate Ion-exchange
20% Soy Protein Isolate
30% Hydrolyzed Casein
30% Egg White Protein
Is this okay, or am I wasting my money?
Also, are you guys still mixing Dextrose w/your whey protein for your post workout shake?
