    Whoa, gradually Im assuming. Increase it by 500 a week total, then 1000, and so on, I wouldnt double my caloric intake that quickly...

      Yeah, like today I threw in a natty pb sandwich extra.I also got some free protien in the mail .I am going to add1 shake today as well.I will go up a little more each day.Sound ok? By the way yellowjacket how long will it take approx. to get that pro rated protien in the mail down in Alabama. do you have any idea?

        shakes end up being cheaper than steak, chicken, eggs, but that is good if you can eat 200g P in real food

          Im in WV and it took 4. I consider myself luck, others have taken a bit longer....

            Midweek Update

            Strenght is up again. I am still a little lethargic. Sex drive is suffering a little. I ordered some 4ad off of e-bay. Still have about two weeks to go should I start the 4ad? What do ya'll think? Got my pro rated protien, I like it . I ll update again at the end of the week.

                UPDATE

                I will weigh, measure bf at the end of the week.
                IMy strenght is throught the roof. In almost 4 weeks I have increased my strenght by probably 10 % on everything, Bench and squats are way up. I can tell bf in down a little. I will give my results at the end of the week and give a review of the 1 ad. I did start 4 ad about 1 week and a half ago.
