I don't know if it the most effective, but it's cheap and effective. Take one Kazen Ephedrine 60, 200mg of Kazen caffeine, and one aspirin. Works just as good as Stacker for a fraction of the price.Comment

and caffeine caps

To be brief, doing a 2 week on 2 week off. 2 week ECA, then switch it up to a 2 week NYC.

What your body is going to get used to is the ephedrine, which both products have. You should rotate NYC with clen, since often loses it's effectiveness after 2-3 weeks.

ephedrine and norephedrine have VERY different effects.. attenuation to one does not equate to attenuation of the other..
norE's main affect is A1 agonism.. which suppresses appetite and provides "wakefulness" without over stimulation.. also may have impact on leptin (through A1 mediated mechanism.. not real clear)..
note that even though N has b2 agonism switch B2 agonists usually equates to upregulation.. particularly in this case.MPComment
