Legal status of personal "stash" after ban passes

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ok I have a question that I would like to know if anyone has the answer for.
As stupid as it is this ban will probably pass, (yes I have done my part and written my representatives, have you?).

    I have two Questions

    1. As long as I do not sell or intend to sell my personal stockpile will I be entitled to legally keep and use it? If I hypothetically have a fair amount of powders could they just assume I am going to sell it and charge me with intent to distribute>?

2.Does anyone know for sure if any of the new methyls are included in this ban or is it just some of the older ones (anyone know what ones?)

I think it's retarded that the government feels it needs to regulate the supplement I use to better myself physically but that is the way it is. I do not want to break the law in any way. Input appreciated.

Another idea, perhaps those in the know "the people creating these new goodies" should wait until the ban to create anything new. Then, since government is so slow and backlogged it would take years for them to ban the next crop of supplements, just a thought.
"Experiencing this pain in my muscles and aching and going on and on is my challenge. The last three or four reps is what makes the muscles grow. This area of pain divides a champion from someone who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens. I have no fear of fainting. I do squats until I fall over and pass out. So what? It's not going to kill me. I wake up five minutes later and I'm OK. A lot of other athletes are afraid of this. So they don't pass out. They don't go on."

    1. After the ban goes through you will be in possession of schedule III drugs.
    2. Yes the new methyls will be included. Anything that is a precursor or is derived from Andro.

Which will make them obsolete IMO. I will go with the real deal then. As Im sure most people will.

Most compounds yes, but M1T, M5AA, M 1,4ADD I believe will still have their place. Think how great of a jumpstart M1T or M1,4ADD would be for a 10-12 week gear cycle. M4OHN looks promising and may stick around too. MDien looks good if used at a higher dose than everyone first thought.

True but I think it will drive up the price. I think most people will go with the real thing If price is simaler and risks are the same.

I don't think you can be penalized for buying a legal product even if it is outlawed at a later date. I believe a grandfather clause may apply here. You would be smart to keep your receipts though so you can prove when you bought it.

I don't think grandfather clause will help here lol.

                  grandfather clause,
statutory or constitutional device enacted by seven Southern states between 1895 and 1910 to deny suffrage to American blacks; it provided that those who had enjoyed the right to vote prior to 1866 or 1867, or their lineal descendants, would be exempt from educational, property, or tax requirements for voting. Because the former slaves had not been granted the franchise until the adoption of the Fifteenth Amendment in 1870, these clauses worked effectively to exclude blacks from the vote but assured the franchise to many impoverished and illiterate whites. In 1915 the Supreme Court declared the grandfather clause unconstitutional because it violated equal voting rights guaranteed by the Fifteenth Amendment.
