    Well, I've come to realize, from knowing many who bodybuild, that they actually have a tendancy to not put on bodyfat as easily as others....I certainly don't mean all of them, just most.....anyways, I can put on muscle fairly easily, but I also tend to put on too much fat with it. This was even with a VERY clean bulking diet, from another successful bodybuilder, and by following all of your advice from months of research. My question is, for those of you who are like me, what do you do to Cut up after the bulking season is over? My stats are: 5'11" 225 lb / 15% bf...thanks, shiner

    Im no body builder but I do like to look good and cut. I cut carbs alot(sub 50) and cut calories by about 10 % and run 20-30 min. 3 or 4 times a week. I have a couple of cheat meals on the weekends. Works pretty well for me.

      hey, if u want to get cut and ripped u might want to try some t-3 and some winstrol depot with ur workout. remember to cut out as much carbs as u can.remember that milk contains 12grams of carbs. per 8oz. dont forget the little things like that.
