    Novolex seems to be the choice for most folks, though i would advice you to use the search function,

          wk 1-2 40mg
          wk 3-4 20mg

          You should have Nolva and should have known what you should be doing for PCT long before you even purchased M1T. You also should have started it the last day of your cycle.
