How long before you guys noticed a pronounced difference with the M1T?? I have been taking 20mg/day, with 400mg/day of 4ad, and i havent noticed any strength gains or size. in fact, i actually feel like s**t at the gym! anyone else feel this?? is there something else that is essential when taking this supplement??

wow, thats weird. Nothing in 10 days, whats ur diet look like? and hows ur training? i started 6 wks ago and the 3rd day i was already feelin this stuff. But yes the first week was hell. i felt like i was sick for a week straight, but what i did to get over that was upped my water intake from a gal. and a half to 2 and half gals. this stuff actually gives me such pumps its hard for me to finish my workout.. but i love it. i started off at 156 and after 6 and a half weeks i am at 187 (of course i lost 25 lbs due to football) so it helped me gain that back plus 10lbs, also i look hard as hell all the time and a lot more vascular. last week (my 6th) i started noticing all the sides, bloating, watery lookin, and a tiny tiny bit of acne.. but i was takin 30mgs for my last 2 wks. so dont run it that long cuz the sides will eventually kick in.

I would think it would be clen. I did clen, t3, s1+ and m1t and actually gained muscle. Normally people complain of muscle wasting on t3. But like NP said I would use the clen post cycle. wich ius what Im doing right now. I say more food should do the trick."There is no such thing as big pussies just little dicks.
