East way to Drink Egg whites

One of my coworkers told me the other day that he drinks his egg whites. I was like," hell no"! He is a nice guy and I have a lot of respect for him, he is big and really cut- all year. Anyway he told me he just mixes about half OJ or GF juice and half egg whites. I just tried it and all I tasted was my Grapefruit juice. Easy- crombie

Keep in mind that egg whites bind the biotin in your instestines which is thought to lead to low levels.

This link mentions some of the defficiency signs. One I didn't see them mentuion was dry or cracked lips so if you make a habbit of drinking your eggs like this and get chapped lips you may want to invenst in a biotin supplement.

Buy the all whites - they are cartons of pasteurized egg whites (no need to worry about salmonella) and contain a nice 50g of protein. They really don't have any taste to them - very easy to drink.

Im sill trying to decide wether or not the body uses the protien in raw eggs. Ive read somethings that say yes and some that say no. BTW try 1 carton of all white+ 1 thing of tang.mmmmmmmmm

I have said that I drink my egg whites in several posts on 2 different boards. Do people ever read my posts

Thank you, finally someone posts the simplest way to get em down. Enough debate, boil em up 12 at a time and 4 batches later your set for the week.


OR, just break em into a class, strain out the yellow using the shell and slam em 2 or 3 at a time. Keep your eggs in the fridge cauz the colder the better.
