  • When cutting, what works for you all?

Is the ketogenic diet? Or just a low fat, moderate carb, high protein diet? What has worked for you best? I will start my cutting diet in 6wks, and i'm leaning more towards the keto diet. Thanx for any responses!

    hi,

keto worked very well for me to drop weight fast, but i couldnt do it for long the cravings killed me.i find for me a high protein, moderate fat and lowish carbs work well for me in the long term as i can stick to it fairly easy.

    cheers

Low fat, moderate carbs, and high protein. I've never tried the keto diet just b/c I've known those that have and all of them find it hard to concentrate when dieting that way. The brain needs glucose bro.

i prefer the electrolux diet myself. That thing has a special attachment you hook to it and it sucks the fat right out of you. Im telling you no more 5,000 dollar lipo now that there is a home kit you can buy.

Just stick to the cleanest sources possible when you choose foods. Don`t down fatty steaks when your trying to cut up, stick to chicken breast and tuna. A little research on Glycemic Index value of foods can really help with choosing carbs.
