  • I think there's something wrong with my diet..

    I'm injecting Whinny and test 3 days a week and working out two days on, one day off, one day on, one day off. I'm trying to build some mass and loose a beer gut (~10 lbs) at the same time.

    I'm eating about 2000 calories a day with 250-300 g. protein and 100-250 g carbs. I weigh 165, I eat 5 or 6 times a day. Does this seem right?

    Also, I workout then do 30-40 mins of cardio. On the days that I'm not working out would doing 30-40 mins of cardio help or hurt me?

    Cool. I don't think I can build mass and loose weight too, so concentrating on getting cut the best. Getting cut implies a certain amount of musscle gain, right? I've already put on musscle. I don't want to get huge, I'm not a big guy. I just want to look and feel good.
