  • what do u guys think

    well i'm away at school so the diet is kind of harder then from when i was home, for 1 there grilled chicken here is freakin gross, they do have chicken cutlets but i figured thats not good so, anyway heres my diet now anyone have pointers?

    8am eggs white on wheat, bottle of milk 1%
    10am (after gym) protein shake, cup of oatmeal maybe 2
    12pm turkey on whole wheat with a banna
    2pm half a uturn bar, can of tuna, low fat granola bar
    5pm salad, 2 cans of tuna, fat free yogurt
    8pm protein shake, can of tuna
    10pm protein shake

    this is the best i can come up with while i'm here, anyone have pointers

    How many eggs @ 8:00 am? You are probably going to need to up you protien intake here.

      about 4 egg whites, see the problem is that at my school there girlled chicken is the worst ever

        You have a meal ticket I guess? Dont buy a meal ticket next time, buy groceries and cook. I lay out and cook everything sunday nights. Buy canned chicken. Meal tickets suck. When I was still in school I saved alot of money and ate better when I bought from a grocerie store.

          yeah i know so i did sum more research and here is what i came up with, by the way i'm double majoring so maybe next year wheni get an apartment i'll b able to do that its kind of hard rite now, anyway heres what i have thought of so i can lose sum pounds and gain sum lean muscle

          8am eggs white, bananna
          1030am after my workout 2 cups of oatmeal, protein shake with skim milk
          1230 pm turkey/lettuce/tamato on wheat
          300 pm protein bar or shake
          600 can of tuna, oil drained eaten striaght from can
          800 salad can maybe to of tuna
          1000 protein shake

            Not bad but you still have to up you 8 am protien.4 egg whites only has about 14 grams of protien. Thow a couple of chicken fingers or a breast in there.

              i wish i could but its so fuckin gross the only chicken that is ok is country chicken which i believe is fryed cuz it looks like cutlets

                  ok so what im gonna do is on sunday nites i'm gonna stir fry a bunch of chicken and veggies so during the week i can throw in a chicken stir fry and veggie meal
