I have been using creatine for about a year now, and recently decided to stop using it because of its effect of water retention, but creatine is useful for repairing the muscles. Is there another product out there which is just as good? Or should I still use creatine but not as much! Please reply..

That's the thing, it's something you've heard. What we hear (passed down through the grapevine) and what is fact are two different things.
At this time it is unknown, the study I posted, stated that it could be due to "dry matter" growth. There is still alot that is unknown about Creaine, there are however theories floating around that are usually passed off as fact.Wannabebig Content Editor
