    I was wanting ot get some opinions on ladies and ucp-1. HOw should it be cycled? THe same as with men or lower doses. How about some tips on when to take it ( both men and women) supps. to add with it, diet, etc. I have heard you are suppose to eat carbs with it and the other way around.

    good question. being an uncoupler i would think it was the same gender wise , with weight being a more determining factor, more sepcificly metabolic rate, but then again i still believe in the easter bunny.

      I am going to try to dig up some answers and post them. There is just not much info on ucp yet ( that I have found). BTW the easter bunny is definatly real. How else do those colored eggs get in my easter basket every year.

        do a search on UCP-1 @ Anabolicminds. The questions you asked have been answered over there already. I believe the dosages and cycle times are the same for women if I remember correctly but check it out for yourself.
