Finished with competition diet & eatting tons of carbs - help w/ RALA
Finished with competition diet & eatting tons of carbs - help w/ RALA
I am done with the competition season and that means time to chow down anything I want over the next couple of months-which means tons of carbs. I don't want them turning mostly to fat, so I was going to purchase the RALA product from research kits. Each capsule is 100 mg of RALA. What is the general rule of thumb that everyone has had success with as far as how much RALA to take with how many grams of carbs. I need to know how much to order
Are you trying to say ALA is better than r-ALA ? I dont really understand that. I could understand if you said skip ALA and save your money or whatever. But if you are going to mess with ALA then r-ALA is clearly better.
If everyone is done arguing over which is better R-ALA or ALA, can someone just please give me a guideline for using R-ALA (which is what I purchased) - My understanding is it works well at about 100 mg per 30-50 grams of carbs
