i usually go with 7 whole eggs scrambled. taking out the yolks, unless you have high chloresterol is not that bad there are alot of other good things in the yolks that should not be wasted if you can.

I just thought I would illicit some of your thoughts on Eggs. We all know they are a source of protein, but what do you think about 'OMEGA 3' eggs or 'Free Range' eggs. Is there really a difference in the protein and hormone content or is it just a difference in price? What about RAW vs COOKED and YOLKS vs NO YOLKS? How many eggs do you eat a day? I once met a stripper/exotic dancer chic who ate no less that 14 egg whites every morning and had an incredible set of legs to prove it.
Please limit the discussion to EGGS... seems WHEY and CASEIN has been covered elswhere on this site.

Newbie question...
Will I get the same nutrition out of my eggs if I put them in egg drop soup? It's home made and I like to eat it for breakfast, I just add extra eggs and I make my own chicken broth or use the low sodium kind. Its one of my favorite ways to eat eggs, but I wanna know if it tastes too good to be healthy! THX
