  • Meal replacements

    I have never drank a meal replacement shake, and im thinking about buying one since school starts in late august. My question is, do meal replacement shakes taste better then regular protein shakes? Or its pretty much the same taste?

    they usually have more sugar in them and the myoplex shakes taste real good to me but the labrada protein is awsome by itself.

          Stay away from the ubiquitous 'Ensure', it has an oily consistency.
          I know nothing about any of this insanity... it's just a fun game to me.

                I make all my own MR shakes...what do you guys add to your protein to make them MR?

                  i usally add 1 cup of oats.1tbsp of natural peanut butter.and 1-2 packets of splenda.

                    I add 1 cup oats, 2tbsp adams all nat. peanut butter and 2 full graham crackers, sometimes a bananna. and of course protein
