  • im a newb... sorta

    i have been working out for over a year, close to 2 years. im a serious light weight, but i powerlift. I weigh around 140, im taking in 3000 calories, and around 200 g of protein.(weight gainer drink + 3 meals) but ive only started to eat like this a month ago. now to the main question.. creatine. powder vs. liquid? which kinds? ive takin liquid and it didnt seem to do much but maybe its because i wasnt eating to my fullest. much help is appreciated.

    Prolab creatine is what I use +dextrose. Anything that is creapure is worth using. That liquid is crap leave it alone. Drink plenty of water

      Powdered for sure and as SR59 said, mix it with some simple suagr to get the most out of it.
