I like the white grape juice too. Anything with a high glycemic index to get that stuff into the muscles as fast as possible. Trying to pic up some dextrose off the net

Kool-Aid and dextrose. The kool-aid without sugar, just use the corn sugar the same as said on pack. This will give you 60 gms/ 8 oz glass. Tastes awsome. Some use crystal light.

I tried the water and dextrose and almost vomitted from it. I will have to try the kool-aid technique when I am bulking again.

just put the scoops in your mouth and wash it down with a cold beer J/K with water. Fast and easy no mess.
