Where is your post workout real food? I see that you workout at 5:00 and I assume it lasts about an 1 or 1 1/2 hours. So it is now about 6:30 or so and you have a protein shake and prorated. Then 2 1/2 hours later (9:00) you finally eat some real food. Shouldn't he load up on the real food right after his workout as well as later in the evening?

I use the protien shake post wkout because it is absorbed faster. Prorated is the brand of protien btw. I mix it with the high calorie/carb nlarge. It gives me roughly 60 +- grams of protien. that is plenty for about an hour and a half until my next meal of real food. If this is wrong please set me straight.

That's what I've always read to be the correct post workout plan. I have read different studies that suggest taking your creatine by itself post workout and then about thirty minutes later drink your protein shake. The theory was that the creatine and protein both compete for absorption. So taking them at different times would alleviate some of the competition.
