Maybe I'm a moron but I couldnt find this in the grocery store...my grandma had no idea what it is....then I read about oils and thought... maybe its a SUPPLEMENT???

Hey YJ would you just get this for those EFA I need? THey sell caps of Fish oil at GNC(i think?) and I know its a good EFA...I was going to add about 500 cals worth of EFA to my diet... about 50 more grams should take me to about 135 a day. Was going to throw in some more oatmeal and rice also to round out that extra 800 cals....-=Rome=-Comment

soft gel caps are fine. fish oils contain omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids, but you're more likely deficient in omega 3, which is what flax seed contains.Comment

I found this store and loved it. I have yet to find better prices in any other place for supps... 100sft gels Fish oil $2.89... They also had the r-ALA for $15 and Milk Thisle for $8.74... not bad.Comment

Bump for www.muscleshoppe.com being the cheapest on the net bar none.
As for flax seed, I buy it at my local grocery store. It around the crappy Weider protein powerds they carry, on the bottom shelf. It's kind of hidden, but it's there.
