How many miligrams of 1 test should you take per day to yeild good results?? what is usually recomended?

well i have powder form. and am wondering about how many milgrams a day, i know hardly anything about the transdermal but who knwos the miligram might be the same

I used the pills @ 400mgs wk. I would go at least 600mgs-800 maybe a little less on the spray and transdermal because more is getting used.Yellow Jacket can answer this a little better.

transdermally you absorb roughly 40%. I would shoot for between 150mg and 200mg ed, in divided doses 12 hours apart, so 75-100mg every 12 hours transdermaly.

Depends on what your taking, oral or transdermal. Also depends on what type of Transdermal you have.

For example: Avant Labs recommandations for ONE+ is 10-12 squirts for Hardcore dosing and 6-8 for Moderate dosing.

i have t1 final and it says take 2 squirts 1-2 times in a day..each squirt is 42.. so that means if u take like 3 squirts a day ur all set...correct?

how long would you run this for? how many weeks?
