      I do on occasion, but i get maybe the chicken mcgrill, and the chicken ceasar, or that chicken wrap thingy they have sans the sauce and once again a chicken ceasar. When i eat fast food i feel like shit. All that sodium bloats me bad. But I do have a thing for Quizno's.

        Here you go Prolangtum

        Cycle will be something like this
        12weeker
        Week 1-4 Prop. 100-200mg EOD
        Week 1-4 anadrol 100mgs day
        Week 1-9 Test Enath. 750mgs split into 2 days
        Week 1-10 EQ 600mgs split into 2 days
        Week 2-12 Fina 100mgs EOD
        Week 9-12 Test Prop. 100-200mgs EOD
        Week 1-15 Liquidex .5 EOD
        Week 13-15 Clomid
        and cant make up my mind on wheather to run
        Weeks 7-12 Winny 50-100mg EOD(injectable) or
        Weeks 9-12 Dbol 40-50mgs ED
        and would it hurt to run these to together the Winny and Dbol @ the end. I mean BL use to make a winny and anadrol combo in pill so would it be that bad.

        And Im looking to run 2 bulk cycles bak 2 bak, thats why i ask about the 40,40,20 or the 50,30,20 diet.

        My other supplements in their would be either ala or R-ala but i dont know how much to take of them. And B12 same thing how much to take. And of course a multi. vitamin and maybe some thermo's.

        I'll be using the B12 for energy. and on those diets should i cut my carbs @ a certain time of day, some say 6pm. to keep fat to a min. just get my all my carbs in be4 a certain time. say my carb intake in 600grams, should i try to consume them be4 a certain time or split them all through out the day.
        I would like to put on some serious mass with min. to slight fat gain. My stats going into this cycle age: 23, Height: 5'6", Weight: 165-168, BF%: 10-12

          IMO 600g of carbs will lead to fat gain. I dont think Bigsoda has 600g of carbs in his diet. For you, i would shoot for 350g of protein, 300-350g of clean carbs centered around workout and cut out before bed, and around 150g of good fats.

            Thats still 4150 or so cals, quite a bit at ur weight. Macro ratio is roughly 33/33/33

              can you give me any info on How much to take of ala or R-ala and B12, I want put those into use in my cycle. B12 will be used for energy and for increased eating. And what type of shake do you recommed be4 bed. I usually drink a Pro Complex by Optimium, because its whey and casien. Dont remember the carb intake on that though. I know you take the ala and R-ala with your meals. I've heard so many people saying good things about both I wanted to try them. I take it what you recommed for me was kinda like a 40,40,20. Do you think that 20-25lbs. is possible with that cycle. I know I'll loose some due to water. Oh, question about the liquidex should I keep it @ .5 or go to 1 and how do you think that cycle looks with everything in it should I run that winny or dbol @ the end or both.

                  IMO a higher dosage of just ALA is just as affective and cheaper than r-ALA. For every carb containing meal take 200-300mg of ALA for every 40g or so of carbs. Use 5mg of Biotin too. Biotin is very cheap, check out vitaminshoppe.com for it. Im not too sure on B12 dosage, do a search on the anabolic board. I think .5mg of a-dex is plenty. Or you could do 1.5mg eod. If you feel you must throw somehting else in at the end, I would do the winny, 50mg ed, you can inject one day and drink it the next if you would like.

                        Should i reduce carbs on non workout days to say 200-250grams and replace the carbs by upping the protein. Or just follow what you said.

                            Throw in a blender enjoy and get some sleep

                            This is an excellent bulking diet that will insure much more quality gains than crap gains. Thank you very much for giving me some good ideas!!

                              ALA depletes Biotin in the body, and in high doses, 20-30mg it has actually been shown to reduce bodyfat. As far as non workout days, you are right on track. Cut cabrs by 100-150 grams and add 50-75g of protein in.
