Heres the one i PM'd Big Soda:
Meal 1
1 cup uncooked oatmeal
2 TB Natty PB
1 scoop whey mixed in oatmeal after cooking
3 eggs, 3 whites
Meal 2
2 slices whole grain bread
Salad with 2 TB of whatever dressing you like
8 oz chicken
Meal 3
10 oz sweet potato
8 oz lean steak
15 minutes preworkout
20-25g whey
a banana
During workout
20-25g whey
30g dextrose
Post workout
20-25g whey
150 cals worth of Fat free pretzels, like Rolds Golds
Meal 5
10 oz chicken
8 oz baked potato
1 oz of cheese
2 TB Flax
Meal 6
10-12 oz lean steak
Salad with 2 TB favorite dressing
1 cup of strawberries
Pre Bed treat, desert
1/2 cup Vanilla Fat Free Frozen Yogurt
1 scoop vanilla whey
1 TB Natty PB
Water to desired consistency
Throw in a blender enjoy and get some sleepI eat at least 6 times a day to build my body

hey Prolangtum, what % are the carbs, protein and fat in that diet and what are the total calories. Just curious. I going to do a heavy bulk cycle and want to gain as much mass as possible with min.-light fat gain. I expect to gain some but not alot. I thought about using a 50,30,20 or a 40,40,20. Can I Pm you my cycle and some ideas on my diet. And get some feedbak from you. If you want I'll post it as a thread.
