I use a little bit of both, the actual tea is very good, but the green tea extract capsules are more convienent. -

I got a bottle for 12 buck 90 pills @ 400mgs.Seemed like a preety good deal compared to the drink they had. I would question the amount also in the drink. Consumer reports did an article on green tea to see which brands had the most antioxidants and flavanoids. Surprisingly Lipton Green Tea has the most antioxidants out of all the teas they tested. So there is no need to buy expensive asian stuff when you can get cheap, great quality at the grocery store.Comment
