Tons of info on this subject already bro. Do a search and you will find a lot of stuff. It depends on you water intake. Drink plenty of water and you should be ok . It will effect it some but I wouldnt worry about it. Like Saturn said you would be alot better off with aprolab type creatine. Anything that is creapure +dextrose.

The creatine/caffeine interaction is a myth. You'll get the full benefit from both if taken for ergogenic purposes.

Thanks a lot guys... and after im done with this tub I was planning on going with a regular creatine type. Cell Tech is too damn expensive

yes sir it is. i use regular creatine and dextrose throw in some BCAAs and some ALA and you have cell tech for 1/4 the price if not less.
