I got it today. The instructions are very well laid out. Recommended shopping list for each section. It is a 4 week course I guess I will go to farmer market this week.

Agree, for the most part a natural senna laxative and a day of fasting and drinking water or tea is all you need. Most of the other stuff is gimmick.Originally posted by guns01 View Post

i use lucy leblue diet's tea at the end of my prep for the last couple of days when food isnt moving through as fast as normal and i am a little on the dehydrated side. i use 2 serv of fiber 2x per day year round so i dont get issues personally. like you said though if you want to be 100% cleaned out with nothing left in the pipes that solution they use to prep you for a colonoscopy will do the trick in 1 freaking day. i dont think their is anything left after that for sure.Originally posted by jipped genes View PostTGBSupplements REP

I did a water fast for 5 days last summer. I was hungry the first couple of days but I got through it. Lost 10 pounds and actually felt pretty good after. Didn’t gain it back eitherFitnessgeared.comComment
