are naps healthy? if so how long and how often..I like to wake up late on a saturday like at 11:30 am cause I work 50 hours a week M-F. does that affect me at all?

adequate sleep is important.....if i feel i didnt get enuf from the night before and feel tired i usually take a nap before i train....the trick is a short 20 min nap....seems like nothing but you feel like a million bucks...if i nap for an hour of more i just want to sleep more and i feel all cracked out....
