If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
so i keep it in pretty much all the time now esp since post covid. it helps with heart and lung health on top of mobolizing fat. so you need to load it up with slin or it takes much longer to saturate and once saturated you can pull back on dosing. slin in the begining makes it easier to fill up and more effective from what i have read and been told. mtn dog has a huge research paper on it on his website and that's where i learned it from. you dont need any more than 400 ed though and when you use it i really dont think it makes much of a difference. some say pre cardio or pre training but again it is a saturation compound so once the stores are topped off it really doesnt matter.
biggest thing you will notice is a faster pace of fat loss. also no need to split up dosing

Funny I asked the clinic I got my stuff from if I needed to load it. Nah I don't see any benifits from loading it. Eventually you will get saturated. This is merik health I got it from.
That's a great question. All I've seen is run it at 800 mg a day for a week with either slin or high carbs
Then drop down to maintenance like creatine
2 wks at 400 with slin. i hate to be the bearer of bad news but loading up on carbs isnt going to work the same way. it normally takes most people about 2 weeks to hit saturation levels and then they can do 1-200 for the duration. 800 imho opinion even loading with or without slin is a bit excessive. if it wasnt on john's private area i would post up the research paper on it but you have to pay to access it. trust me 400 is enough and if you arent going to use slin dont bother with the additional carbs, just run it an additional 2-3 weeks to hit saturation.
i have read the same with saturation levels with aromasin as well. both lit and people saying that you need 2-3 weeks at 25mg ed iot hit the saturation levels and then you can pull it bsck to 12.5 ed or even eod. i hit saturation at 5 days with labs done to show and if i would have continued to push the 25 ed for a full 2 weeks my estro would have went to 0. once i pulled it down to 12.5 eod after saturation my estro leveled off into the range i was shooting for to get lean
